Domestic orders: We will arrange for our courier service to deliver the desired item/s for the exchange to your location. Kindly prepare the item/s you wish to exchange and hand them over to the courier upon delivery of the exchanged pieces.
International orders
Upon receipt of your item(s), we will promptly proceed to dispatch your selected piece(s) to you.

For Returns
Our company policy entails arranging for a courier to pick up the item/s for return. Upon receipt of the returned item/s, we will promptly initiate the refund process.

Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping and taxes.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
For online payments: your refund will appear on the same card used when purchasing.
For Cash On Delivery: Please send us your bank details so we can proceed with your refund. - The refund process takes up to 14 working days.
